Winsper is a specialized sales and marketing services firm, delivering everything from brand strategy to omnichannel execution to customer analytics - all designed to drive more demand for your independent sales channel and to enable your territory managers to sell more product. We understand and respect the mindset of the independent dealer servicing their local market and competing in a world of big box stores and e-commerce. We also understand and respect buyers' expectations when evaluating and selecting their choice brands.

Our services live at the collision of strategy, creativity, and analytics and help our clients to drive more product revenue through activities tailored to address customer acquisition, customer retention, and existing customer growth.     Gillian Lynch

    VP, Managing Director

    Gillian heads up management of the firm and our many diverse clients. From plasma cutters to strollers, sewing machines to chainsaws, Gillian gets jazzed to work with smart, curious people who want to advance and differentiate their business. She is a big proponent of supporting local, independent businesses over big box shopping and believes vehemently in keeping money in our local communities. She is our resident foodie and a dog enthusiast (ask about her horse-sized dog, Corduroy if you ever need bonus points).

    Daphne is our newest addition to the Account team. She enjoys being part of a brand that’s ready to evolve and make consumers feel the love. She has been brought on to help our clients better understand how to enable their distribution channel for success. She is also a champion cat herder so her talent will be put to good use here at Winsper. She enjoys traveling (especially if it entails sunset at a beach bar), playing with her dog, and cooking.

    Iryna is our resident expert on Marketing Automation. Regardless of the platform, objective, or audience, Iryna helps our clients craft and execute impactful digital marketing strategies to grow their business. Little but mighty, she is the smallest person in our office and the only one who can lift her eyebrows independently (to put the fear of God in you). She enjoys cooking, travel, and begging her husband for a puppy.
